These terms cover your use of Create.Sala (the "Service"), operated by Immigrant Films Pty Ltd, operating under the name Sala ("we", "us") — run by Dan Fallshaw and Violeta Ayala, who also make films together as UNF (United Notions Film). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Create.Sala is a workspace for organizing and sharing film production materials — trailers, screeners, stills, documents, credits, and public project pages.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no card required. Trial accounts can create projects and upload one video. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including using two-factor authentication if you enable it.
Pro and Pro+ are paid monthly subscriptions, billed automatically through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. Prices are shown on the upgrade page at the time you subscribe.
You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law or at our discretion.
You own everything you upload. We don't claim any rights to your films, stills, or writing beyond what's needed to host and deliver it the way you've configured it — including anything you explicitly make public or share via a link.
You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use.
Accounts are subject to reasonable storage and project limits appropriate to their plan. If your usage is unusual, we'll reach out before taking any action — we'd rather talk to you than surprise you.
If a paid plan isn't renewed, your account reverts to trial-level access — the rest of your content stays in place, though extra videos beyond the trial allowance become unavailable to view until you resubscribe. We'll email you before this happens, and again if renewal is still outstanding after that. We don't delete content without warning.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used for illegal activity, or where payment has failed and stayed unresolved after we've reached out. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us.
We use Stripe to process payments and Bunny.net to host and deliver video. Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms for the parts of the Service they provide.
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're building this in the open, and things occasionally break — see our contact page if something does.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
